If your issue requires further assistance from an admin, we’ll forward the ticket or the e–mail to the person in charge and will leave a note to inform you that more time will be needed for reaching the best solution. Furthermore if you take advantage of our Admin Services package, any of the server management tasks included there will be executed whenever you prefer.

Our technical support team will be at your disposal 24/7/365 should you need help working with our Control Panel or with any of the apps that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated server. What is more if you need assistance handling all the standard admin tasks on your server, you can have a glance at our Admin Services package, which includes backup hard disk space, weekly Operating System updates, software installation and troubleshooting services, server monitoring and restarting services, etcetera.

Our Control Panel is installed by default for each Linux dedicated hosting server. Among its functions is a very handy integrated knowledge base that will walk you step by step on all the actions that you can carry out. Most of the educational articles in addition video versions that show all the actions that you can perform in a highly illustrative way. You will find the help articles and the video tutorials in the upper right corner of each section of the Control Panel.
